SHIPPING POLICY
1.When will my order ship?
Our products usually – ship within 2-4 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
2.How long will it take to receive my order?
If there is no problem with the address, you will generally receive your order within 3-6 weeks for most Asian countries.
3-6 weeks for United States, Australia, India, most of European country;
4-6 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines, Africa country, some other country;
5-8 weeks for the South America country or some island country.

3.Is there a shipping cost?
Free for orders over $20.
For orders below $20, you will need to pay $6.99 additionally for Registered Standard Shipping.
4.Will my package becharged customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
5.What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
6.How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available.
